It depends on scope — a focused landing page and a custom e-commerce platform are very different projects. After a short discovery conversation you receive a fixed-price proposal, so the number you approve is the number you pay. No hourly surprises.

How long does a project take?

Most landing pages take one to two weeks; business websites two to four; larger platforms are scoped individually. You get a realistic timeline in the proposal, and a private preview link so you can see progress throughout.

Do I need to prepare content before we start?

No. If your content is ready, great — we work with it. If not, we provide a content checklist and can guide structure and wording as part of the project. Content readiness simply affects the timeline, and we plan for it honestly.

Will my website work in Arabic?

Yes. We build with full Arabic and right-to-left support when you need it — either Arabic-only or properly bilingual, with typography that respects both scripts.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

If your project needs frequent content changes we build it with an editing workflow that fits you, and every handover includes a walkthrough. For everything else, small changes are covered by support or a care plan.

Who owns the website and the code?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the design, code, content, and domain are yours — including access to everything. No lock-in.

What happens after launch if something breaks?

Every project includes 30 days of fixes after launch at no cost. Beyond that, optional care plans cover updates, backups, monitoring, and small improvements — or you can call us when you need us.

Do you work with clients outside Jordan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the studio is based in Amman and works with clients internationally. Everything from discovery to launch happens smoothly online, in English or Arabic.
